Seychelles Fintech Launches AI Trade Platform

Seychelles-based financial technology company Fusepay has launched Fuse360, an artificial intelligence-powered business management platform designed specifically for wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers. The new tool aims to solve persistent operational inefficiencies by unifying disparate business functions into a single, cohesive interface.

The platform brings together inventory management, orders, invoicing, customer credit, collections, and retailer relationships. It is deeply integrated with FusePay, the company’s licensed payments platform. This architecture allows businesses to manage their core operations and financial transactions within the same ecosystem, significantly reducing the need to switch between multiple software solutions.

Fusepay stated that the product was developed to address the fragmented systems commonly used by trade businesses. In this sector, inventory, invoices, payments, and customer records are often managed through a messy combination of separate software, legacy spreadsheets, and informal messaging applications. This disjointed approach often leads to data silos, where critical information is trapped in one tool and inaccessible to another, causing delays and reconciliation headaches.

For small and medium-sized wholesalers, the immediate impact of such consolidation is a reduction in administrative overhead. Instead of manually cross-referencing spreadsheets against bank statements, business owners can redirect that energy toward client acquisition and inventory expansion.

It effectively turns back-office management into an automated background process. Fuse360 utilizes AI agents to assist employees with repetitive operational tasks, including payment reconciliation, collections, reporting, credit monitoring, and business analysis.

The company emphasized that the system is intended to support staff rather than replace them, positioning the technology as a productivity booster for existing teams. By automating these routine duties, the platform frees up human workers to focus on higher-level strategic activities.

A dedicated retailer portal allows customers to place orders, view invoices, download statements, and monitor outstanding balances independently. This self-service capability reduces the administrative burden on suppliers and improves transparency for buyers.

Additionally, Know Your Business and Know Your Customer onboarding tools are included to help suppliers assess potential partners before extending trade credit. They can assess partners more effectively using these tools.

Fuse360 features an AI-powered credit intelligence tool that analyzes customer payment behavior, historical patterns, and outstanding financial exposure. Fusepay indicated that this feature could help wholesalers make more informed credit decisions.

It relies on operational and financial information recorded directly within the platform to create a detailed risk profile. The founders’ experience influenced the development of Fuse360, as they grew up around family-owned retail and wholesale businesses.

Vidhyasahar Thiyagarajan and Francesco Rocchi founded Fusepay. Their background provided insight into the specific pain points of the trade industry. Thiyagarajan said the platform was created after the company observed businesses spending significant amounts of time managing disconnected systems instead of focusing on growth.

The goal was to build a solution that bridges the gap between operational data and financial execution. The company is licensed as a payment service provider by the Central Bank of Seychelles.

It operates from Seychelles and has a parent company incorporated in Delaware. Fusepay has raised more than US$350,000 in pre-seed funding from investors including Hustle Fund, Everywhere Ventures, First Check Ventures, Startup Istanbul, Velocity Digital, and angel investor Ashwin Ravichandran.

Fuse360 launched in Seychelles in July 2026.
Fusepay plans to enter South Africa market and other selected East and Southern African markets before the end of the year.

Fusepay will enter Mauritius in September.
